Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

Remote Family Nurse Practitioner (Seasonal Telehealth) Multiple State Licenses Part-Time, Modified Full-Time & Full-Time Available

Join a high-volume telehealth team for the Cold & Flu season! We're hiring experienced Family Nurse Practitioners to provide virtual care to pediatric and adult patients across multiple states.

This is an excellent opportunity for autonomous NPs looking for flexible seasonal work with competitive production incentives and the ability to make an immediate impact during peak respiratory illness season.

• Fully Remote
• 1099 Contract
• Seasonal Assignment (August-December 2026 starts)
• Contract anticipated through February-April 2027 based on patient volume
• Part-Time, Modified Full-Time, and Full-Time schedules available
• Paid training

• User-friendly web-based EMR

• Perform virtual history and physical assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing when appropriate
• Prescribe medications
• Develop treatment plans
• Provide patient education and preventative care
• Document visits in the EMR
• Manage pediatric and adult patients
• Coordinate referrals when needed
• Review lab results and prescription clarifications as assigned

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license
• Active RN license
• APRN licensure
• Ability to practice independently with prescriptive authority
• Minimum 3 years of Family Practice clinical experience
• Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Multiple active state licenses (4-5 active licenses required)
• Telehealth experience preferred

Part-Time

• 20 hours/week
• Weekdays between 3 PM-11 PM local time
• Every other weekend

Modified Full-Time

• 32 hours/week
• Day or evening shifts
• Every other weekend

Full-Time

• 40 hours/week
• Day or evening shifts
• Every fourth weekend

Schedules are based on business needs and patient demand.

• Base Hourly Rate: $45/hour
• Additional Production Pay: $15.75 for each visit completed above the required hourly minimum

• Paid 2-day virtual training
• Clinicians provide their own computer/equipment
• Background check, drug screen, education verification, and license verification required
• No extended PTO permitted during Thanksgiving week or December 15-January 5 due to peak patient demand
