Key Responsibilities\n

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group sessions.

  • Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, providing a platform for shared experiences and mutual support among participants.

  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive care approach, tailoring interventions to best serve each patient.

  • Provide timely crisis intervention and assist clients in managing trauma-related emergencies as they arise.

This position primarily serves individuals suffering from various trauma-related issues, including PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona is mandatory.

  • Experience working collaboratively within a professional team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

  • At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred, strengthening your practical skills and understanding of trauma therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
