Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced lead advanced practice clinician to join and lead our EM team at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly, New Jersey. This full-time role offers the opportunity to combine clinical practice with administrative responsibilities while working alongside a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

As the Lead APC, you will play a key role in supporting departmental operations, mentoring NP/PA team members, and partnering with physician and hospital leadership to ensure excellence in patient care and team performance.

Role Overview

• Provide clinical care within a busy emergency department
• Serve as a leader and mentor for APC team members
• Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
• Promote quality, patient safety, and operational excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with hospital administration and emergency department leadership
• Support departmental goals and clinician engagement efforts

Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary of $70 to $85 hourly.
