Maintenance Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This leadership role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, developing maintenance strategies, and leading a team of skilled technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production. Key Responsibilities Lead and support maintenance operations for an assigned production area and shift Assist in planning, organizing, and directing daily maintenance activities while establishing effective work methods and procedures Supervise maintenance personnel and provide coaching, training, and performance leadership Develop equipment layouts and support the installation of new machinery and process improvements Prepare estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and project requirements Oversee the repair and maintenance of mechanical, structural, and facility-related systems Review completed work orders and help establish maintenance standards and best practices Manage and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Analyze downtime trends and equipment history to identify chronic reliability issues and implement long-term corrective actions Partner with operations and engineering teams to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency Ensure maintenance activities comply with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, cost reduction, and operational performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
