Collaboration is better with contrast.Remember to be human: We work hard, but we leave room for the people, places and things that we love.Onsite:This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or around Groveport, OH with 1st shift schedule Sun-Thursday with flexibility for longer hours based off of business and peak needs:Sunday: 6AM-2:30PMMonday: 7AM-5:30PMTuesday – Thursday start times vary depending on volumes 8 hour day.The Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Groveport, Ohio. Inspects and documents proper line set up, in process assembly and line clearance for each assembly, rework and returned process to ensure GMP requirements and client expectations are met.What You'll Do:Pre-start up inspection.In process inspection.Finished pallet inspection.Identifies non-conforming materials; notifies Leads.Line clearance verification.Return product inspection prior to release back to inventory.Performs all duties in a safe manner in accordance with Company safety policies and regulations.Maintains regular and reliable attendance.Who You Are:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to accurately work with statistical data and identify inconsistencies and problem areas.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects.Basic math and measurement skills; ability to use measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures.What You've Done:High School diploma or GED preferred.Ability to read orders. Read and write in English. Basic math skills.Bilingual helpful.Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.Ability to effectively practice good documentation and recordkeeping.High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.Proficient in use of mainframe, and other systems including Word and Excel.Ability to work independently and set prioritiesAbility to perform multiple tasks simultaneouslyA proven problem solverAbility to maintain high level of confidentialityKnowledge of PowerPoint and Access software.Physical Demands & Working Conditions:Able to withstand constant physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).Able to be on your feet all dayAble to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on occasion (document boxes, files, binders, and other items)Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of timeAble to work overtimeConstant exposure to adverse conditions such as dust, noise, fumes, weather, poor lighting, or heavy machinery/equipmentCart.com is an equal opportunity employer.
