Support the Store Manager in overall store operations. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff. Control expenses and shrinkage. Oversee merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures. Requirements Minimum age 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Physical demands exceed 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to meet company eligibility and qualification requirements for benefits.
