Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Greensboro, NC. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include providing accurate information about products and services, documenting customer interactions, and escalating complex issues when needed. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience with every contact. The individual will collaborate with team members, follow established procedures, and use available tools and systems to meet performance and quality goals. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in customer service and customer support, with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism. Ability to contribute to strong customer satisfaction and an excellent overall customer experience. Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear information delivery. Comfort using computer systems, CRM tools, and call center technologies to manage customer interactions. Ability to work on-site in Greensboro, NC, and maintain reliable attendance in a full-time schedule. Problem-solving skills, patience, and resilience in handling difficult or complex customer situations.
