Location: Lebanon, TN

About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Lebanon, TN. This is a long-term FLEX assignment with the opportunity to move into a permanent position.

Pay & Schedule Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday, 5 PM Start, 10-14 hour shifts
Pay: $24 per hour + overtime after 45 hours

Job Details

Route Type: Home daily, 250-300-mile radius
Freight / Load Type: General Freight
Handling: Drop and Hook, Live load / Live unload

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate equipment on local routes
Transport palletized freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks, including drop and hook and the occasional unload
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Meet the physical demands of the role

Minimum Requirements

License: CDL A
Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
