What You’ll Do
As Store Manager , you're in the driver’s seat—leading your team, running daily operations, and creating a guest experience that reflects our brand at its best. You’ll coach, motivate, and hold your team accountable while delivering results and growing the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain brand standards
- Lead, coach, and develop your team
- Drive performance by meeting KPIs, managing costs, and hitting metrics
- Ensure smooth execution of all guest services, from drive-in to drive-out
- Utilize the POS system to process transactions, make service recommendations, and support decision-making
- Enforce company policies and maintain a safe, clean, efficient shop
- Handle scheduling, team evaluations, and performance coaching
- Collaborate with Leadership on store goals, audits, and initiatives

What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license
- 1–3 years of leadership experience
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Drive to lead by example and inspire excellence
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate shop equipment
- English fluency (read, write, speak) Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
