Picker and Packer

Our client, an industry leader in logistics and warehousing, is seeking a Picker and Packer to join their team. As a Picker and Packer , you will be part of the Industrial department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Picker and Packer Pay Range: $18.50 -$19.50 Shift: 4th Shift Friday - Sunday 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM What's the Job? Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from trailers and containers Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies Transport materials to production workstations Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance to ensure safety What's Needed? 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience required Previous experience with RF scanner required Ability to read, decode, and decipher freight coding Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) What's in it for me?
