Receiving Specialist / Material Handler – 1st ShiftLocation: Hamilton, OH 45015 Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM (Possible Friday overtime)Job SummaryWe are seeking a Receiving Specialist / Material Handler to support shipping, receiving, quality inspection, and inventory management. This position involves inspecting materials, maintaining inventory records in SAP, preparing shipments, and operating forklifts.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required (verification required).2+ years of shipping/receiving experience and/or 3–5 years of quality inspection experience.Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems for inventory transactions.Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and tape measures.Experience with UPS, FedEx, and shipping documentation.Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Strong math skills and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools.Record inventory movements, returns, and quality issues in SAP.Identify, document, and separate defective materials.Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders, including international shipments.Operate forklifts to move and organize materials.Assist with inventory counts and maintain a clean, safe work area.Support quality control, rework, and employee training as needed.Benefits: Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
