We are seeking a detail-oriented Fire Sprinkler Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will perform inspections, testing, and documentation of fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety standards. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and has strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing of fire sprinkler systems.
• Inspect and document system deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Complete required inspection reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local fire codes.
• Communicate inspection findings professionally with customers and team members.
• Operate and maintain inspection equipment and tools.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and stooping as needed.
• Use computers and mobile devices to complete reports and manage work orders.

Qualifications Required:

• Experience inspecting and testing fire sprinkler systems.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 10, NFPA 25, and NFPA 72 codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic documentation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.

Preferred:

• NICET Level II – Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems.
• Backflow Prevention Device Certification.
• Fire Extinguisher Certification.
• Sprinkler Certification.
• Oregon Limited Energy Technician (LEA) License.
• Washington E06 Certification.
• Experience with fire alarm panels, devices, and critical system components.
