Lead Test Manager Loan IQ / Commercial Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead testing activities for the CLS to Loan IQ implementation and migration initiatives within the commercial banking sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in test management and a deep understanding of loan lifecycle functionalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong SQL and database validation experience.
• Proficient in API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ALM/Quality Center.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial banking.
• Knowledge of test automation and test management.
• Experience with data migration testing.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for CLS to Loan IQ implementation and migration initiatives.
• Define and execute test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and testing governance processes.
• Manage SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, and data migration testing phases.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Validate loan lifecycle functionalities including origination, servicing, repayments, rollovers, interest calculations, fees, accruals, and settlements.
• Oversee defect management, triage meetings, root cause analysis, and remediation tracking.
• Lead data reconciliation and validation efforts between CLS and Loan IQ during migration.
• Provide regular status reporting, risk assessments, and quality metrics to project leadership.
• Mentor and manage onshore/offshore testing teams.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for regression and integration testing.
• Drive continuous process improvements and quality best practices across the project.
