Position: Licensed Residential Service Plumber ( Journeyman / Tradesman)

Quick Summary
Joe Castro Plumbing is expanding! We are adding a brand-new truck to our fleet this month and need an experienced Service Plumber to take the lead in the Spring/Conroe area. We are a family-run shop where you are treated like a professional, not a number.
The Pay & Perks
- Competitive Pay: $25 - $35/hr ( dependent upon your experience )

- Local Routes: Focus on Spring, Conroe, and The Woodlands (No "Houston Bowl" traffic)
- Support: Dispatch handles the logistics so you can focus on the technical work

What You’ll Do
- Perform residential service and repair (Water heaters, fixtures, drain cleaning, etc.)
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions to homeowners
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle
- Provide 5-star customer service on every call
Requirements (No Exceptions)
- Active TSBPE License: Must hold a Journeyman or Tradesman license
- Experience: 2+ years of Residential Service experience
- Driver's License: Valid DL with a clean driving record
- Availability: Ready to work and looking for a long-term home
