Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their growth and changing circumstances.

• Deliver teletherapy services to clients who may prefer virtual appointments due to personal preference or accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive continuous support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress, upholding ethical standards in accordance with professional guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
