Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Assume responsibility for ongoing patient evaluation and adjustment of care plans as needed
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care tasks have been delegated
• Support nursing leadership in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and contribute to the competency of clinical staff within the unit
• Assist with appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Operating Room (OR) clinical experience required
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume or acute care OR setting
• Experience with staff supervision or delegation in a clinical environment
