Job Summary (BCBA Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst)
- Position: BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) Full or part-time
- Location: Lakeland, Central Florida (clinic, school, some home visits; indirect tasks can be remote; telehealth options for caregiver training)
- Work Environment: BCBA-owned, BHCOE accredited, ACE provider clinic focused on quality therapy, supportive supervision, mentorship, collaborative teams, and work-life balance
- Learning & Development: Opportunities to develop CEU coursework and earn commissions on sign ups
- Duties:
- Provide behavior analytic services primarily in clinic and school settings
- Conduct some home visits as needed
- Complete indirect tasks offsite when necessary
- Deliver caregiver training via telehealth when appropriate
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Completion of BACB-approved Verified Course Sequence in behavior analysis
- Completion of required supervised fieldwork under a BCBA
- Passing score on the national BCaBA examination
