Registered Nurse - ICU

$2423.52/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our ICU team, providing critical patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient treatment. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor critically ill patients to develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following clinical protocols. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately in medical records. Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care. Maintain compliance with all healthcare standards and safety regulations. Qualifications: Valid RN license with current state licensure. Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Demonstrate strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
