The Springs of Batesville is seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic rehab team. If you're passionate about helping patients regain mobility and independence-and thrive in a collaborative environment-we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do:

Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
Encourage patients, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented therapy department
Contribute to positive patient outcomes through consistent, quality care

What You Bring:

Active PTA license in Arkansas
Strong clinical and communication skills
Dependability and a proactive, team-focused mindset
A genuine passion for patient-centered care
