Junior Appian DeveloperMarathon TS is looking to hire a hybrid remote Junior Appian Developer to support a Federal Agency in the DC Metro Area.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy Appian applications including process models, SAIL interfaces, records, and reportsTranslate business requirements into technical solutions in AppianSupport enhancements and maintenance of existing applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues across Appian applications and platform componentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and business stakeholdersParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Appian best practicesAssist in integrating Appian with external systems via REST/SOAP APIsContribute to CI/CD processes and support deploymentsDocument technical designs, issues, and solutions clearly for stakeholdersRequired Skills:Possess the mental agility to jump from the deep code-level view of the applications to the architecture and design view, to the end user's view.Team player, versatile, and enthusiastic to take on new problems every day.Must have at least 1+ years of experience building and delivering enterprise-grade Appian applications.Must be Appian Associate Developer certified with the most recent certification.Strong knack for quickly learning complex technical concepts & Strong oral, written, and presentation skills is a must.Hands-on experience with different database technologies like MS SQL Server, OracleExperience with version control (Git) and deployment processesU.S. Citizenship requiredMarathon TS is committed to the development of a creative, diverse and inclusive work environment.
