Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm leads, quote requests, and referrals
• Quote and present Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Conduct coverage reviews to identify client needs
• Educate clients on proper protection solutions
• Build relationships through proactive outreach and networking
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals
• This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy active client engagement and consistent follow-through.

Requirements

• PA Property Casualty License
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Comfortable with consistent phone and client outreach

• Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
