Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Join HMD from Waukesha, WI as an experienced OTR solo CDL-A dry van driver running coast-to-coast freight with consistent miles and solid pay. Starting pay is 65 CPM with typical weekly mileage around 2,500 and various safety and referral bonuses.

Core duties:

• Operate dry van equipment on long-haul runs, manage logs and ensure secure, timely deliveries.
• Perform routine inspections, basic upkeep, and report service needs to our maintenance team.
• Work with dispatch on routing, scheduling and load securement.

Applicants need a valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience. Expect modern trucks, biweekly home time and comprehensive benefits.
