Field Maintenance Mechanic

Field Maintenance/MechanicJob Location: Shop and Field, Reedley / Sanger, CAReports To: Director of FarmingJob Responsibilities:Service and maintain all Field equipment (trucks, tractors, sprayers, trailers, etc.).Schedule any major repairs or service with local vendors and service shops.Carry out inspections of the shop and equipment to identify and resolve issuesCheck electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionalityMonitor equipment inventoryFabricate needed farm machinery (trailers, etc.).Adhere to all good manufacturing practices and safety requirementsComply with all safety policies, practices, and proceduresReport any violations to manager immediatelyJob Requirements:Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, preferably in AgriculturePossession of valid California driver's licenseMust be available to work weekends depending on workloadAbility to speak Spanish preferred but not requiredPay Range ($17.00 min - $19.00 max) /hourThis position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above. If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.
