This position is responsible for performing primarily floor tech and porter functions throughout the community. Primary Responsibilities Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization. Responsible for floor care, material handling, recycling, housekeeping and pressure washing. Daily routines require a variety of skills and responsibilities such as maintaining proper use of golf cart, small equipment and safety practices. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Three to six months experience in a janitorial position preferred.
