Coordinator for Education, Professional Development & Nursing

We Are Seeking We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our education, professional development, and nursing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering growth and ensuring seamless onboarding and training experiences for our staff. Orientation & Onboarding Coordination Coordinate all aspects of employee orientation across disciplines Create and manage orientation schedules, materials, and role‑specific folders Assign required learning modules (CBLs, Passports) in Workday Coordinate EPIC training and internal presenters Manage communication with leadership, presenters, and new hires Prepare attendance, payroll sheets, and onboarding materials Coordinate uniform ordering and scrub account setup (including Medcouture and OR requirements) Ensure technology readiness (laptops, access, IT tickets) Communicate with offsite departments regarding onboarding schedules Learning Management System (Workday & RELIAS) Administration Serve as primary point of contact for Workday‑related issues within the nursing department Approve, track, and manage employee certifications in Workday Run certification and compliance reports Enroll employees in required courses (ACLS, BLS, PALS, NOVA, ECCO, Periop101) Enroll employees into onboarding modules, continuing education modules, and annual modules Maintain and archive course directories quarterly Activate RELIAS accounts and ensure system access Ensure proper Passport access for competency validation Administrative & Operational Support for the Department Manage departmental calendars, including room reservations Run reports for compliance on education and certifications Order and maintain supplies Payroll for the department Hours/Shift Monday - Friday: 8-4 Length of Assignment 6 months Is the role Remote/Onsite/Hybrid?
