We are an incubator food space dedicated to helping small food businesses thrive. Our team is at the heart of our mission, running bar operations and ensuring top-notch service for our customers and events. If you’re ready to bring your barista skills to a dynamic and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be DoingAs a Barista at miXt, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and care.
- Assisting with front-of-house (FOH) duties, including engaging with customers and ensuring a smooth service experience.
- Supporting operations at the bar and during events hosted in our space.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
- Collaborating with the team to uphold our mission of supporting small food businesses.
We’re searching for someone who shares our passion for food, creativity, and excellent service. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of barista experience —you know your way around an espresso machine and can craft a great cup of coffee.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- A team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
