Harmony Suites is a 261-suite hotel located in the heart of the Meadowlands in Secaucus, New Jersey, just minutes from New York City. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Night Front Desk Agent to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Answer telephone calls, process payments, and respond to guest requests professionally.
• Perform nightly audit procedures, reconcile daily transactions, and prepare end-of-day reports.
• Maintain accurate guest information and reservation records using the hotel's property management system.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Monitor overnight hotel activity and promptly report security concerns, maintenance issues, or emergencies.
• Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with management when necessary.
• Communicate overnight activities and important updates to the morning front desk team.

Required Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems independently, and maintain attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling financial transactions, reconciling records, and preparing reports.
• Dependable and able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Experience with Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS

• Candidates familiar with Oracle OPERA Cloud Property Management System will receive additional consideration.
