Solutions Coordinator — Sales Development

Location: Hybrid — Dallas/Fort Worth (Irving Office)

Reports To: Senior Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are opening a search for a Solutions Coordinator to own top-of-funnel momentum for one of our Senior Sales Consultants — partner-sourced lead development and early customer relationship building.

This is a prospecting-first role built on daily call blocks, email sequences, and social cadences across target accounts, named verticals, and partner ecosystems. You’ll generate and qualify demand into the Senior Sales Consultant’s pipeline, then help move deals from lead through order and into a strong customer relationship after implementation.

The candidate should have strong prospecting discipline, hands-on CRM experience, and comfort operating in a KPI-driven, coached environment with a defined path toward a full sales seat.

Key Responsibilities

● Prospect into target accounts, partner ecosystems, and named verticals through phone, email, LinkedIn, and partner-led outreach

● Run consistent call blocks, email sequences, and social cadences with tight activity-to-meeting conversion tracking

● Qualify inbound and outbound interest into accepted opportunities using TAP’s ideal-customer and pain-point criteria

● Create and advance early-stage opportunities in Zoho CRM with complete notes, qualification detail, and documented next steps

● Work side-by-side with the Senior Sales Consultant on account targeting, multithreading, and meeting strategy

● Activate referral, alliance, and marketplace partners — scheduling introductions, coordinating follow-up, and keeping partner stakeholders informed

● Maintain territory and account research, account plans, and every touch in Zoho CRM and connected prospecting tools

● Surface market feedback, objections, competitor references, and partner intelligence to sharpen messaging and targeting

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2+ years in SaaS, iPaaS, technology, or channel-development selling — preferably in an outbound or partner-led motion

● Strong prospecting discipline across phone, email, LinkedIn, and partner follow-up

● Comfort with KPI-driven selling, coaching, and weekly pipeline accountability

● Hands-on CRM and sequencing/prospecting tool experience — Zoho CRM, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred

● Clear communication style with the confidence to engage directors, VPs, and line-of-business leaders

● US citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

● Exposure to HCM, payroll, POS, ERP, or CRM ecosystems and the buyer personas inside them

● Experience working through partner programs or marketplaces (ADP, isolved, Paylocity, Paycor, or similar)

● A consultative instinct — can hear a manual, spreadsheet-driven process and recognize the integration opportunity in it

● Genuine appetite for coaching; this role has a defined training program and a promotion path

How the Role Is Measured

● Sales-accepted opportunities and held first/discovery meetings created per month

● Partner-sourced pipeline dollars created per month

● Opportunity acceptance rate by the Senior Sales Consultant — target 75%+

● Activity quality: connection rate, reply rate, show rate, and meeting-to-opportunity conversion

● Zoho CRM hygiene — every new opportunity documented same day with qualification notes

Location

This role sits close to the Senior Sales Consultant, so candidates need to be in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and able to work a hybrid schedule out of our Irving office. There is no relocation budget on this requisition.
