Job Title: Field Technician/ Entry Level Construction Opportunity

Pay- 18-22/hr

Job Description

Join our team as an installer in our field division, specializing in creating concrete walls for new building constructions. Start your day at 5:30am at the shop, where you will prepare with the crew, load materials, and head to the job site. Travel time to the site is compensated.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the install area by moving and shoveling materials.
• Set walls by placing them, sealing joints and corners with a caulk gun, and tightening bolts with wrenches.
• Ensure walls are level and plumb.
• Contribute to site cleanliness by removing trash.

Essential Skills

• General labor experience in construction and landscaping.
• Proficiency in using hand tools.
• Ability to accurately and consistently use a tape measure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, and twisting constantly.

Work Environment

Work primarily takes place in new construction builds, facing hot summers and cold winters in an outdoor environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ephrata, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
