Blending, Grinding & Packaging Operator
$23.00/hour | Between Sequim & Port Angeles, WA | Near bus line

If you answered “yes,” you could be one of the 7 new hires joining our production team as we scale output of premium live products, powders, and tinctures used nationwide.
What you’ll do- Rotate through stages of production: harvesting → drying → grinding → blending → packaging
- Mix materials (including 55 lb bags) while maintaining consistency and traceability
- Follow written work instructions and production formulas precisely
- Read scales/gauges accurately; perform basic calculations and unit conversions
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct in-process quality checks; report any deviations immediately
- Uphold GMP standards: sanitation, organization, and food safety
- Collaborate to meet daily production targets and improve processes
- Detail-focused, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable with structured procedures and documentation
- Quick to learn new processes and tools
- Manufacturing, food production, or warehouse experience is a plus—not a must
- $23.00/hour starting pay
- Full-time, long-term role with a steady schedule
- Facility runs 7 days/week, 4:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Choose a start time: 4:00 AM or 7:00 AM
- Weekend availability required
