Job Title: Digital Designer Location: Remote Duration: 3 Months (Potential Extension) XXXX: XXXXXXXXXXX - XXXXXXXXXXX/Hr. on W2 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Digital Designer to provide multidisciplinary creative support across eCommerce, eContent, social media, digital marketing, and consumer brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on designer who can independently translate creative direction and establish brand systems into polished, engaging digital experiences. This role will support Mielle and requires strong visual design, product storytelling, digital content creation, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment. Key Responsibilities Design digital creative for eCommerce, product detail pages (PDP), retailer platforms, and enhanced product content. Develop product storytelling, product education, lifestyle imagery, and supporting digital assets. Create static and motion-ready content for organic and paid social media campaigns. Adapt approved campaign and brand creative across multiple digital platforms and formats. Apply strong typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, image selection, and visual storytelling. Independently execute creative concepts based on established briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction. Support digital campaigns, product launches, partnerships, presentations, templates, toolkits, and other creative initiatives. Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Social, Production, and Digital teams to deliver high-quality work. Work with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, re-touchers, and production vendors as needed. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining deadlines, file organization, and design quality. Review creative deliverables and provide feedback to ensure brand consistency and quality. Use AI-supported creative tools for ideation, mood boarding, visual exploration, prototyping, image development, and production efficiencies. Ensure AI-generated or AI-assisted content is accurate, polished, brand appropriate, and production ready. Prepare final creative files according to project specifications and maintain organized working and final files. Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional multidisciplinary design experience. Strong hands-on experience in graphic design and digital design. Experience creating digital content for eCommerce, social media, websites, and digital marketing. Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, imagery, and visual storytelling. Experience adapting established brand systems across multiple digital formats and platforms. Strong eCommerce and product storytelling experience. Ability to independently execute polished creative from briefs and approved creative direction. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience collaborating with agencies, freelancers, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Experience using AI-supported creative workflows and emerging creative tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in beauty, personal care, CPG, lifestyle, retail, eCommerce, or consumer brands. Agency or in-house brand experience. Experience with product photography, lifestyle imagery, renders, retouching, and digital asset production. Experience with lightweight motion, animation, or motion-ready design. Education Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Design, Visual Design, UX/UI, Web Design, or a related field preferred, with 4+ years of relevant experience.
