This unique and challenging role will include supporting program execution, key pursuits, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, providing contractual guidance, developing Intellectual Property strategies and novel contracting approaches. With a global portfolio of clients, partners, and suppliers, the development opportunities for our Contracts professionals are endless, both domestically and abroad.This position is eligible for relocation assistance and sign-on bonus!What You Will DoWork closely with the Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Business/Estimating, and Supply Chain to manage successful execution of contracts.Provide guidance to senior management regarding contractual and business issues, rights and obligations, and risk mitigation.Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI) and Broad Agency Announcements (BAA).Review Estimates at Completion (EAC).Conduct proposal reviews and coordinate customer responses.Negotiate contracts.Support program management and execution reviews.Develop Intellectual Property and investment strategy.Ensure that negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies.Minimal domestic travel required.What You Will LearnContract with multiple Government and non-Government customers via traditional and non-traditional contract vehicles.Take an active role in the growth of yourself and others to meet both career and organizational goals.Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experienceExperience related to contracts management, program management, project management, supply chain, procurement or similarExperience with US Government Contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS)Active, in-scope and transferable U.S. government issued Top-Secret security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
