Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of clients during their rehabilitation process.

  • Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, develop personalized treatment plans, and set achievable goals that align with their rehabilitation journeys.

  • Act as an advocate for clients and their families by assisting them in navigating community resources and support services, ensuring they have the tools needed for effective recovery.

  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during challenging moments, helping to maintain emotional stability and safety for clients.

  • Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining confidential records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals including therapists, nursing staff, and physicians to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of the client’s rehabilitation.

  • Educate clients and their families on coping mechanisms and self-care strategies to enhance emotional and psychological resilience throughout the rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals recovering from substance use disorders, mental health disorders, and various life-altering health challenges. The focus is on empowering clients to navigate their emotional landscapes and develop strategies for long-term wellness and independence.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid LPC licensure in the state of Colorado is required.

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is essential for this role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
