What Youll Do

• Work as part of a crew to provide high-quality tree care, including pruning, removals, and cable bracing.
• Safely operate climbing gear, chainsaws, and other essential equipment.
• Apply proper pruning techniques and tree care practices.
• Follow all safety procedures diligently at all times.
• Deliver excellent service to clients while maintaining professional standards.

What Were Looking For

• Valid U.S. drivers license with a clean DMV record.
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to climb trees, work at heights, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in tree climbing (without spurs) and proper pruning techniques.
• Eagerness to learn tree and shrub species identification and tree care safety standards.
• A desire to master chainsaw and equipment operation.
