Sales Support Coordinator Jobs in New Brunswick, NJ Sales Support Coordinator Job Description About Us: We are a leading distributor of premium skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and fragrance products. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to support our growing sales, logistics, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Support the sales team and provide excellent customer service. Process orders and maintain accurate product and customer data. Coordinate shipments, inventory, and logistics activities. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management. Prepare reports and perform data entry using Excel and internal systems. Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Customer service or sales support experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer applications. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
