Just Smokin’ Barbecue is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our crew. We are a fast-paced, counter-service BBQ restaurant where everyone works together to keep things running smoothly and provide a great experience for our customers.

This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities. During your shift , you will help wherever needed, including working the register, assisting customers, light assembly and bagging of orders, light food prep, washing dishes, cleaning, restocking, and keeping the restaurant organized and ready for service.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Taking orders and processing payments using Toast POS
• Light assembly, double-checking, and bagging of customer orders
• Assisting on the serving line
• Light food prep and restocking
• Washing dishes
• Cleaning dining, kitchen, and work areas
• Setting up and breaking down the serving line
• Monitoring product and supply levels
• Opening and/or closing duties
• Helping wherever needed during busy and slower periods
• Opportunities to work catering events and our food truck

Our restaurant closes at 8:00 PM , with closing shifts continuing afterward to complete cleaning and shutdown duties.

We are looking for people who are reliable, able to work well under pressure, and willing to stay productive throughout their shift. Restaurant or customer service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
