Customer Service Representative

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Customer Service Representative for a growing organization in the print and technology services industry. This is a fully onsite position based in Nashville, TN.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role serves as the front-facing representative of the organization while providing critical customer service support across multiple departments. The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in managing communications and supporting billing functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting guests, answering calls, and directing inquiries professionally
• Support client communications, ensuring timely follow-up and high-quality service
• Assist with basic billing tasks
• Compile and audit reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a customer service or client facing role
• Strong communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
• Experience in the print & mailing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20-25/hr with potential for long-term conversion. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and paid time off upon permanent hire.
