We are looking for highly-skilled customer driven, and goal-oriented craftsman who want to make an exceptional income, delivering outstanding service, while enjoying a fantastic work environment.

Your responsibilities as a service professional will include:

- Completing maintenance and repairs: You will be completing small to medium repairs for home and commercial projects. The project can range from two hours to two days.

- Making recommendations and managing expectations with customers: you will communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and the associated costs.

- Create lifelong customers: deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to wow the customer every time.

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:

- Currently reside in the greater Charlotte area including Ft. Mill or Rock Hill.

- Finished High School or GED.

- Own your own tools

- Be insurable to drive our vehicle

- Complete a background and driving record check

- Able to lift 50 pounds independently

- Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time

- Professional appears and maintenance of company provided vehicle

- Great track record for customer service and problem-solving

Benefits and Pay: Our current service professionals average $865 to $1730 per week, depending on their skill-level and experience with home repair and maintenance projects such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing and drywall. Benefits listed below.

Pay: $45k - $90k yearly
