We are seeking a highly analytical Treasury Business Systems Analyst to support critical liquidity management, forecasting, regulatory reporting, and modernization initiatives. This role will partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Product, and Technology teams to translate complex business processes, data flows, and system functionality into clear requirements that drive technology delivery and strategic decisions.The ideal candidate is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. They possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoy working with large and complex data sets, and can break down sophisticated business concepts into well-defined business requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and technical requirements. Serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, this individual will investigate and analyze business challenges, support solution design, and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives while meeting quality, scalability, and operational efficiency goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration, analytical rigor, and liquidity domain expertise, with the ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple platforms and drive alignment, automation, and process improvement. What you have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting technology initiatives.Liquidity, Capital Markets, or Treasury discipline knowledge is strongly preferredStrong SQL and data analysis experience with the ability to design, query, analyze, validate, and reconcile large and complex data sets while supporting data architecture and business process solutions.Ability to understand technical issues and possess strong problem solving skills.Demonstrated ability to evaluate business value, analyze tradeoffs, and help prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and technical work to support strategic business objectives.Outstanding performer, persistent and pro-active, detailed oriented, and driven to exceed expectationsExceptional / pragmatic business judgment combined with strong communication and relationship skillsComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environmentsAbility to balance multiple, changing priorities.Competent in Agile values, principles, and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc)In addition to the salary range, this position is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunitiesJob SummaryRequisition ID: 2026-125880Posted Date: 2 weeks ago(8/27/2026 2:20 PM)Category: TechnologySalary Range: USD $85,500.00 - $150,000.00 / YearApplication deadline: 9/21/2026Position Type: Full time
