This facility provides obstetric and gynecologic services within an OR setting, supporting a regional patient population with a delivery volume of 200-300 births per month. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous patient care delivery. Clinical operations are conducted on-site with support from a team of four residents, at least one midwife on the floor at all times, and three or more nurses per shift.

Landmarks and heritage sites are accessible throughout diverse regions, including areas featuring ecotourism opportunities and scenic natural areas. Clinicians on assignment will find accessible options for leisure and exploration throughout the state during time away from the facility.

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour call assignments at an on-site OR facility in Texas, beginning as soon as credentialed with the facility. Clinical responsibilities include managing obstetric and gynecologic cases during each designated call period, with a delivery volume of 200-300 births per month. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain on-site availability for all assigned cases throughout each coverage period.
