HVAC Service Technician

What You’ll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment Troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently and professionally Maintain organized inventory, tools, and work vehicles Communicate clearly with customers and team members Deliver outstanding customer service on every call Stay current on HVAC technology and industry standards What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of residential HVAC experience preferred Experience with residential systems and light commercial equipment Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and confidently in the field Professional attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service and communication skills EPA Universal Certification REQUIRED NATE Certification preferred, but not required Additional Details: Occasional evening and weekend calls required Travel throughout the Denver Metro area Pay is competitive and based on experience, skill level, and performance Why Work With Us?
