Front Office Coordinator – Pumpkin Pediatric Dentistry

At Pumpkin Pediatric Dentistry, we are looking for a Front Office Coordinator who brings positive energy, kindness, and a heart for creating an exceptional patient experience.
Our office is more than just a dental practice, it’s a modern, clean, bright space that smells amazing, designed to help children feel calm, happy, and excited to visit the dentist. We’ve created a warm, welcoming environment where smiles grow, families feel supported, and every child is treated like a VIP in our pumpkin patch.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting children and families with a warm, cheerful smile
- Answering phones and helping parents schedule appointments with ease
- Responding promptly to office emails and text messages with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinating the daily schedule to keep the office flowing smoothly
- Verifying insurance and helping families understand treatment plans
- Collecting payments and reviewing financial options with parents
- Supporting the clinical team in creating a 5-star patient experience
- Keeping the front office organized, upbeat, and welcoming for every family
