This is a PRN position requiring availability to cover 3rd shift on an as-needed basis for any day of the week (Sunday–Saturday), from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Most coverage is typically scheduled well in advance. Compensation: $43.00 – $46.00 per hour Role Overview This position is based within an employee health center clinic , focusing on the delivery of emergency care, first aid, and the specialized treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses. You will serve as a key member of the Health Services team, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care for sick and injured employees. Perform and evaluate clinical and diagnostic tests as needed. Conduct and document employee medical history interviews. Collaborate with the Health Services team and other departments to support workplace health initiatives. Maintain and update medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Perform and document physical examinations. Adhere to established health and safety protocols. Maintain medical equipment and supplies. Support and promote workplace wellness programs. Deliver professional and knowledgeable customer service to employees. Required Qualifications ✔️ Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. ✔️ Certification: Active BLS Certification (must be a hands‑on course, such as American Red Cross). ✔️ Clinical Experience: Prior nursing experience in at least one of the following specialties: Occupational Health, Emergency Room (ER/ED), Urgent Care, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine. #J-18808-Ljbffr
