Role Description The Nonprofit Audit Senior-in-Charge or Manager position is a full-time, on-site or hybrid position based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves preparing, supervising, and reviewing attest engagements for nonprofit organizations, many of which require single audits. Key responsibilities include performing attest engagements, supervising staff, maintaining audit quality, communicating with clients, managing deadlines and expectations, and advancing the firm's processes and best practices. xhyhwjd

Qualifications

• Nonprofit industry experience and single audit experience preferred
• 4+ years of public accounting experience 
• Ability to supervise a team of two to four employees
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA license or CPA candidate preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Commitment to client service
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to travel for some audit engagements
