Associate’s degree or CDA required BS or BA degree in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education or related degree preferred Meets all Kentucky state licensing requirements for early childhood staff Reliable and professional with consistent attendance Builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and team members Maintains composure and professionalism when addressing stressful situations or unexpected challenges Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to ensure child safety, facilitate programs, and respond to emergencies.
