Job Position: Warehouse Associate

Location: Early Branch, SC 29916

Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour

Shift: Mon - Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm

Coastal Employment is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join one of our valued clients. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and proven warehouse experience. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a variety of duties including packing, order picking, forklift operation, and shipping & receiving to support daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack products according to company standards as a packer
• Operate an order picker to pull and stage customer orders
• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience required
• Experience operating an order picker and forklift required
• Previous experience in packing and shipping/receiving strongly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
