Shipping Coordinator

Job Location: Pinellas Park, FL 33782 What You’ll Do: Manage the full order cycle, from setup to shipment. Communicate product availability, pricing, and shipment details clearly and professionally. Partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately. Prepare shipping and export documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.) ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to meet delivery schedules. Track orders, update customers proactively, and maintain accurate records. Support invoicing, payments, credits, and returns. Maintain sales and order reports as directed by management. Provide root-cause analysis and recommendations to improve the order management and shipping processes. What We’re Looking For: Experience in order management, logistics and customer service (4+ years preferred, but we value equivalent skills and initiative). Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Work Environment: The performance of this position represents a typical office environment but occasionally requires exposure to the manufacturing areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and steel toe or composite toe shoes.
