- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Load trailers safely and efficiently according to established procedures
- Lift and move products weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the shift
- Place heavier items on the bottom of loads and lighter items on top using a step stool when necessary
- Walk long distances throughout the warehouse to assigned work areas
- Operate a powered conveyor system to extend and retract conveyors during loading
- Monitor conveyor indicator lights and respond to loading assignments as directed
- Maintain productivity while working in trailer environments with elevated temperatures
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, grabbing, and lifting
- Ability to work in hot trailer conditions
- Capability to perform repetitive physical movements during the entire shift
