Hartford Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for our ED Observation Unit. In this fast-paced setting, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients requiring short-term observation following emergency treatment. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, care planning, patient and family education, and close monitoring for changes in condition. You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, document accurately in the EHR, and uphold patient safety and infection control standards.
