Registered Nurse

Role Overview: This position provides direct patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities Perform top scope practice in patient care, prioritizing wellness and evidence-based practices. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care. Precept and support new healthcare staff, fostering a learning environment. Support clinical education through individualized training and competency validation. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited or approved nursing program (if less than 3 years experience). Current RN licensure and BLS certification (through AHA or Red Cross), valid through sixty days of hire. Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
